St George’s Day Parade
As mentioned, this was another great success, and I’d like to thank and congratulate the new organising team with Ryan and Andy at the helm, as well as acknowledging Paul’s hard work over the last don’t know how many years.
I am hearing that the service was much more visible and enjoyable for everyone this year, as the Guides were able to use the football pitch because the last match had been played. I very much hope that this can be repeated next year when it is our turn again and we can get the dragon out! If anyone has any comments or ideas how we can make the Parade even better, please let us know.
The bucket collection for our charity, Kemp Family Support and Bereavement Services, raised over £400, thank you all so very much.
