The exit gate by the centre will have no padlock from now until July die to people accessing the site. Please ensure though that the gate is closed.
Ebury Rise – Please ensure the young people don’t climb trees whilst waiting for the evening to start.
Keys – for activities should be collected on a Saturday am or a Tuesday night if district leaders meeting. Rifles and tomahawks keys on the night of the activity only.
Activities for week nights Kathy needs notice not a few days before.

Thursday nights for tents – The stance from what was said at the meeting has been reviewed and issued via wfsi today also:
Following representation from Groups, the request for no tent pitching on the Thursday before District Camp (Younger Sections) has been withdrawn. It is recognised that it helpful to Groups to set up in advance of the start of camp on Friday. However, please can the Rhydd Team make the following clear:

School children staying with Acorn Activity will be in residence, and use most of the campsite.

For the safety of those children, please can we ask that vehicles are kept to an absolute minimum, with the majority left on Ebury, and kit put in as few vehicles as possible.

The speed limit is 5 mph and this must be adhered to in all circumstances. Drivers to be aware there will be young people on the roads and tracks.
